Returns and Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • All sales are final. Please email info@globalmedicalsupplygroup.com if you have any questions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

  • You DO NOT have the ability to cancel your order, once your order ships. All Order cancellations must be made be to info@globalmedicalsupplygroup.com in less than 12 hours of placing the order, and must be provided with written notice of reason with time and date stamp. Any attempts to cancel your order after the 12 hour period of the initial order purchase will NOT BE APPROVED. Once the order ships and is received by Customer, all sales are final and returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED due to the high volume capacity that our distribution channel is under.

AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

  • At this time, we are able to exchange product for equal value.
  • A shipping and handling fee will be charged to customers for exchanges.

ITEM MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER?

  • All claims for missing items need to be claimed within 14 days once your item is delivered.
